Dr Sabeen Shahzad (PT)
My name is Sabeen Shahzad. At just 24 years old, I stand at
the threshold of an exciting new chapter in my life as a Doctor of PhysicalTherapy (DPT), having recently completed my degree from Superior University in
Lahore. This achievement marks not only the culmination of years of hard work
and dedication but also the beginning of my journey to make a meaningful impact
in the field of healthcare.
My journey into physical therapy was fueled by a deep-seated passion for helping others. From a young age, I was drawn to the healthcare field, fascinated by the intricate workings of the human body and the profound impact that physical well-being has on a person's overall quality of life. The decision to pursue a degree in physical therapy felt like a natural fit, combining my interest in science with my desire to support individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation journeys.
Throughout my academic career at Superior University, I immersed myself in the study of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques. Each course reinforced my commitment to this path, and I relished the hands-on experiences that allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. The supportive environment at the university fostered collaboration and innovation, providing me with the tools I needed to succeed.
